SOVEMA’S WELDING WORKSHOP
Welding in our workshops
We carry out in our workshops TIG and MIG arc welding performed on cast iron, steel or stainless steel, aimed at manufacturing double flanged pipes and/or double flanged pipes with puddle flange. The resistance of these items will reach 40 bars for a nominal diameter of max. 600mm.

Coating of materials

* Steel galvanization : corrosion resistant protection obtained by dipping steel pipes in a zinc bath at 450°C.
* Steel electro galvanization : corrosion resistant protection that will allow to maintain F/M threading.
* Also available, Epoxy paint coating (on request, blue Epoxy coating applied on double flanges through electrophoresis).
Stainless steel Water supply materials welded following technical plans

All sorts of flanged products made with 304 and 316 L stainless steel (double flanged pipes, etc.) starting ND 15 till ND 500.


Stainless steel borehole pipes (welding of couplings)


The welding of our bore hole pipes (internal/external) is carried out with the use of argon gas. Our welding manufactures are sanded and threaded ends are protected by plastic caps.
